JSC Bank Republic Société Générale is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior Lawyer in the Legal Department.
Requirements:
- Advanced university degree in law;
- Broad knowledge in domestic and international banking system and financial regulations and laws;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a lawyer in a banking sector (Bank or micro-finance organization);
- Good knowledge of the legislative system regulating commercial banks' operations;
- Sufficient experience in banking contractual provisions and contractual relations. Specific experience in loan related contracts (including non-standard contracts) drafting is a must;
- Ability to demonstrate both authority and empathy in complex legal cases
- Have a passion and interest in the job;
- Serious sense of responsibility, exceptional reserves of concentration on the work and every detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to explain banking law in a clear and concise manner to the clients (internal/external);
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
