Hotel Tiflis Palace is pleased to announce an opening for the position of a Room ServiceWaiter.
Job description:
- Providing a prompt and professional service to the guests
- Ensuring that service is always delivered to the highest standard
- Being fully conversant with all menus served via Room Service
- Following instructions from the Manager
- Preparing of the appropriate mise en place for the Room Service
- Being knowledgeable of all food items collected from the kitchen, including any accompaniments
- Cleaning down dirty trolleys and stacking dirty items appropriately and to assist in the cleaning of mise en place
- Assisting with the cleaning of Room Service equipment
- Handling guest criticism, both negative and positive, correctly and professionally
- Co-operating with members of staff in other departments especially Front Office and Housekeeping to fulfill guest requirements
- Coordinating bill payments
- Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets as directed by the Supervisor / Manager on Duty
Requirements:
- Work experience in the similar field
- Fluent knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages. Knowledge of English and Turkish languageswill be a plus
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible with working hours and responsibilities
- Attentive and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Neat and positive appearance
Salary: Net based Gel 450.
