UNICEF Georgia CO is looking for Consultant in Interior Design to assist and advice on office furniture procurement and arrangement for about 40 work space within 500 SQM office (please note that there is only furniture arrangement related work, no other design service is required).
The tasks of the consultant will be:
- Recommend/identify best option(s) on office furniture selection resulted from UNICEF official bidding which will be opened October 2nd.
- Work individually with sections to develop comfortable and optimal arrangements with selected furniture options
- Develop 2D/3D designs with selected furniture
- Work out complete list of furniture purchase order
The minimum education/work requirements are:
- University degree in related field;
- Min 5 year experience in interior design works;
- Working experience with AutoCAD, ArchiCad, or other similar software.
The interested candidates are requested to quote:
- 1 sqm rate for 2D/3D design
- Man/hour rate of other type of work which will include: bid analyses, consultations with sections, preparation of final list of purchase order, etc
