Main Responsibilities:

• Operator:

  • Answering customer calls and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Providing information about the company’s services and products.
  • Processing and inputting necessary data into the system.

• Sales Manager:

  • Identifying new clients and developing partnership relationships.
  • Managing the sales process for the company’s products and services.
  • Meeting sales targets and preparing reports.
  • Analyzing customer needs and creating the best offers for them.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• For the Sales Manager: knowledge of sales and negotiation skills will be considered an advantage.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
