We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join The Guest, an esteemed international company in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1.      Provide prompt and diligent responses to all business-related messages and calls, utilizing various communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, or any other applicable medium. Ensuring timely and effective communication is maintained to address inquiries and fulfill business requirements.
  2.      Collaborate with the sales manager to make informed decisions when selecting and booking hotels, ensuring that the chosen accommodations align with the needs and preferences of the guests.
  3.      Thoroughly assess the hotel's preparedness to receive our visitor three hours prior to their arrival by checking the following:
  •        Validate the reservation to ensure its validity.
  •        Determine if it is necessary to process the payment in advance before the guest's arrival.
  •        Confirm the availability of the exact number of rooms and the requested room category, ensuring they are ready for the guest's arrival.
  1.      To have complete information on the complete database of hotels and to check if the prices in hotels have been updated every month.
  2.      Request hotels for discounted prices monthly.
  3.      In accordance with each booking, professionally negotiate discounted reservations with the requested hotels.
  4.      In collaboration with the sales manager, the primary responsibility is to accurately understand the guest's preferences and carefully select a suitable hotel that will provide an unforgettable service aligned with their desires.
  5.      To collaborate with the sales manager in making informed decisions when selecting the appropriate car and driver.
  6.      To coordinate with drivers and transportation companies to ensure that every hotel guest is warmly welcomed with flowers or sweets upon arrival.
  7.   conduct a thorough check on the driver three hours prior to the guest's arrival. This involves ensuring that the driver possesses a functioning SIM card with unlimited internet access for one week and is familiar with the hotel's name and exact address. Additionally, verifying if the driver has a printed banner with the guests' names in English and, upon request, in Arabic. Lastly, it is crucial to remind the driver on the sixth day to activate the one-week unlimited internet package for the guests.
  8.   Efficiently distribute comprehensive SOOP documents, standards, and remuneration principles to all drivers. Upon reaching an agreement, request written confirmation from the driver via a message to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
  9.   Responsibilities include managing and maintaining an up-to-date database of drivers and various categories of vehicles. This entails overseeing a fleet that comprises 500 sedan cars with drivers proficient in English at medium and high levels, 20 sprinters with capacities of 11 and 20 seats, 15 buses ranging from 35 to 55 seats, and 35 minivans (Viano and Vito) accommodating 7-9 passengers. Additionally, there is a requirement to arrange armored transportation promptly during the day or night whenever the need arises.

 

  1.   The base salary will be determined based on experience and will be subject to monthly performance-based growth. In addition, incentives will be provided based on individual performance to further reward exceptional achievements.
