JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist is a full time administrative/support position. This position involves contact and interaction with all staff members, while the position holder is directly accountable to the Managing Partner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending the reception area during working hours,
- Greeting guests and escorting to respective staff,
- Managing phone calls, internal transfers of call, taking messages for staff,
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence,
- Maintaining contact databases,
- Scheduling of transportation of staff to clients’ premises,
- Coordinating stationery and office supplies requests, ordering and distributing to staff,
- Assisting in agenda arrangements and coordinating activities and information flow with Partners,
- Drafting general administrative correspondence, translation,
- Other duties related to the administrative areas in the Firm,
- Records of daily activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Linguistics preferable
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a support/ administrative position
- Proficiency in oral and written Georgian, English and Russian
- Advanced Microsoft office
- Writing skills, experience in drafting correspondence and translation,
- Organized and detail oriented,
- Professional appearance and behaviour,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
- Ability to work under pressure.
SALARY: 700-800 GEL
