JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Receptionist is a full time administrative/support position. This position involves contact and interaction with all staff members, while the position holder is directly accountable to the Managing Partner. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •      Attending the reception area during working hours,
  •      Greeting guests and escorting to respective staff,
  •      Managing phone calls, internal transfers of call, taking messages for staff, 
  •      Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence,
  •      Maintaining contact databases,
  •      Scheduling of transportation of staff to clients’ premises,
  •      Coordinating stationery and office supplies requests, ordering and distributing to staff,
  •      Assisting in agenda arrangements and coordinating activities and information flow with Partners,
  •      Drafting general administrative correspondence, translation,
  •      Other duties related to the administrative areas in the Firm,
  •      Records of daily activities.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •      University degree in Linguistics preferable
  •      Minimum of 2 years experience in a support/ administrative position
  •      Proficiency in oral and written Georgian, English and Russian
  •      Advanced Microsoft office
  •      Writing skills, experience in drafting correspondence and translation,
  •      Organized and detail oriented,
  •      Professional appearance and behaviour,
  •      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  •      Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
  •      Ability to work under pressure.

 

 

SALARY:  700-800 GEL
