Brief biography of the company
The company was founded in 2017 and since then has been selling all assortments of equipment in the Georgian retail and wholesale market with a fast delivery service to cover the entire geographical area of Georgia.
From the day the company was founded in 2017, it has been offering corporate offers to companies, namely "CCTV Surveillance Full Installation Service"

In 2018, the company changed its name and assortment category, the company opened the first online hardware store, offering physical and non-physical equipment to users online, with the best prices and high quality of service, quality products and full delivery service throughout Georgia. The company is in healthy competition with the big brands and companies in the market.

In 2019, the company additionally acquired a competing company in the online space and merged both companies and jointly offered a number of services.

At the end of 2020, namely on November 24, the company decided to develop these companies in the online space and shape them in a much more technological aspect. This is how the new project "GoogleStore.ge" was established and it is not only an online hardware store but also offers the following categories to physical and corporate users: complete safety systems, fashion category (clothes and shoes), full category of children, construction section (construction tools) And so on ..), hygienic and self-care products and so on ...

GoogleStore.ge will be launched at the end of January and beginning of February 2021!
In 2021 the company changed the name to "GoogleStore.ge"!

Job details.
Working rate: Full time
Remuneration: Percentage salary + 3 different bonuses.

Main responsibilities

a)       Timely response to customer service (telephone call (call center) or written communication)

b)      Communicating, responding to and monitoring customers through social networks, online chats and other communication centers;

c)       knowledge and analysis of the existing product;

d)      reflect orders in the program, monitor them, make recommendations and provide assistance;

e)      full monitoring of products purchased by online installments;

f)        filling in and issuing guarantee coupons, whether electronic or physical;

g)       inventory control before product sales;

h)      logistical monitoring of sold products;

i)        Constant contact with the Marketing, Procurement Department about stocks, prices and products;

j)        monitoring the existing market;

k)       monitoring and analysis of sales, sales promotion;

l)        Develop strategies to increase new ideas and sales;

Job requirements

•   At least 1 year of experience in a similar field and position;
•   At least 1 year of experience communicating with physical and corporate customers;
•   Experience working in a similar online field (platform) will be preferred;
•   Knowledge of English at the level of computer use;
•   Some knowledge of equipment specifications is required;
•   Knowledge and use of Facebook Inbox (Messenger) at an ideal level is essential;
•   Knowledge of computer programs: (Word, Excel);
•   Experience working with emails;
