“Diplomat Georgia” is a daughter company of “Diplomat Israel”, leading Distribution Company operating on Israel market since 1968, and a member of Diplomat Global together with Israel, South Africa and Cyprus.
Diplomat Georgia has an opening for a full time position of Call Center Operator.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide Customers with close sales;
- Explain benefits of products to potential customers and apply advanced sales skills to secure the sale
- Capture all data elements required for the sale and ensure customer understands products and services offered.
- Solicit information from the customers and evaluate their needs to match our product line to ensure customer requirements are met
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop customers through increased sales and product range
- Provide support to field through call center service
- Ensure prompt response and solutions to incoming calls within bounds of given authority
- Coordinate problem solving through tight cooperation with sales, delivery and accounting departments
Knowledge:
- High school Diploma
- 2 Year of Call Center Experience (Customer Service or Sales) Required
Skills :
- Excellent Communications skills verbally and in writing. These skills should be sufficient to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
- General knowledge of basic math skills;
- General knowledge and proficiency use of a computer and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with Call centre phone systems
- Knowledge of English or Russian language
