JSC Bank Republic/SG Group is pleased to announce vacancy on the position of
Branch Manager in Tbilisi.
Main Responsibility:
- Manage branch operations
- Control banking products (guarantees, loans, deposits etc.)
- Attract potential customers and hold negotiations with them
- Take part in the implementation of the strategic plan approved by the bank management
- Work on the branch budget and fulfill the budget (both the income and expense sections)
- Manage the internal credit committee; assess credit risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration/economics/ banking/audit/ accounting
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in the banking or financial sector, of which at least 2 years as a supervisor (head or deputy head of a structural unit)
- Must have experience of working in lending
- Managing and supervising skills
- Knowledge of banking products, services and procedures
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Fluency in English (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs; knowledge of banking programs
- Special planning skills
- Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Special organizational and analytical skills
