JSC Bank Republic/Société Générale Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Lawyer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the various agreements (for banking and non-banking products/services);
- Management of the various corporate deals (negotiation, drafting and execution);
- Participation in drafting of standard agreements;
- Advising Banks’ management and other employees.
Requirements:
- Advanced university degree in law;
- Minimum [3] years of banking experience;
- Advanced knowledge (ability to draft agreements) of English;
- Serious sense of responsibility, exceptional reserves of concentration on the work and every detail;
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Deep knowledge of Georgian Legislation;
- Knowledge of Russian language would be a plus.
