JSC Bank Republic/SG Group is pleased to announce vacancy on the position of Head of Business Intelligence Department
Goal of the position:
Head of Business Intelligence develops and maintains the business intelligence reporting frameworks, tools, and data marts; works cross-functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs; and manages a team of business analysts to ensure timely high-quality reporting and analytics. This person must ensure that the company has the necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations and strategic planning. The Head leads the Business Intelligence team in providing in-depth analysis towards discovering new opportunities for the company's continued growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy
- Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, valuation models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive marketing efforts around customer acquisition and conversion
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to uncover opportunities for new products/projects
- Perform data mining and analysis necessary for commercial planning, product development, sales support, etc.
- Identify cross selling opportunities, provide respective customer behavior data and support cross-selling process
- Identify branch network expansion opportunities, perform market research and profitability analysis for new branches
- Analyze and understand all aspects of the customer life cycle, to reduce customer churn. Develop best practices in churn prevention and provide recommendations to accomplish reduction of attrition rate
- Monitor customer data quality and lead data quality improvement project
- Perform marketing campaign analysis
- Perform other studies/analysis per management’s request
Requirements (education, abilities, experience):
- Education - University degree (business, finance, math)
- Professional skills and competencies in field of finance; solid understanding of banking operations
- Working experience in Financial Institutions in field of finance would be an asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Georgian/English
- Highly organized with efficient team working abilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills
