Ltd "AWARD" announces a vacancy for the position of chief engineer.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Write-off provision of construction materials;
- Ability of complete / production of estimate cost of project (form #2) ;
- General Estimations of construction project;
- At least 10 years of construction experience working with external networks of water / gas;
- Experience of working in road construction drawings.
Functions and responsibilities:
- The construction plan / Schedule;
- Procurement planning to the project;
- Work with project managers on estimate costs and project work dates;
- To be responsive for progress of any current / future construction project;
- Plan / schedule the execution of the works.
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages (speaking, writing, reading);
- Computer skills - high level knowledge of MS Office and EXCEL;
- Meetings and negotiating skills;
- Take a responsibility and decision-making skills independently;
- Travel to various regions of the Georgia, in frames of project requirements;
- own car is preferable;
Salary: According to experience and qualifications.
Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis, based on interviews.
Preference will be given to construction of alumnus.
