Ltd "AWARD" announces a vacancy for the Lawyer.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Higher education (Law);
- Communication and academic writing;
- Private Law thorough knowledge of legislation;
- Legal work for at least 1 year experience in civil and administrative law;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Analytical thinking and teamwork skills;
- Russian and English language skills;
- Minimum Two-year work experience in the legal sphere;
- Excellent knowledge of computer programs.
Functions and responsibilities:
- Contracts, lawsuits and other legal documents, and its compliance with the applicable legislation;
- Legal content of the letters (messages, requests, warnings) training;
- Contracts and registration of the relevant administrative bodies;
- Ensure enforcement processes;
- Delinquent debtors of the interview;
- Various notarial acts to participate in the activities of the organization, the identification and elimination of deficiencies and irregularities;
- Amendment control.
Salary: According to experience and qualifications.
Candidates will be selected on a competitive basis, based on interviews.
