About the Job

As a Head of Sales (B2B) you will lead the Inside and Field Sales team in a foodpanda country. Your responsibilities include the building and day-to-day management of a strong sales team signing up the best restaurants in the country. As we are looking to build up the team, you will also recruit experienced, top-performing B2B sales representatives. You will proactively coach and develop your team members, and ensure that they are well acquainted with our product and offers to our partners, and follow our standard procedures. Your team will have to (over)achieve performance targets such as phone calls made, pitches delivered and restaurants signed. As an experienced sales executive you will own the team’s target, and help and support them to achieve these. Moreover, maintaining leads and target lists for potential new vendors and meeting vendor growth targets will be part of your responsibility.

 

Who we’re looking for

You are an outgoing, optimistic person with a “can do” attitude. You have a proven track record of B2B Sales execution, and have recruited, built, and led a sales team for 2+ years. Thus, you understand where the challenges of the sales process are and know what it takes to develop the relevant materials such as sales scripts & training materials. You are strong at structuring, an inspiring leader to your team, and hands on support to them. You lead by example and exercise excellent communication skills. You embrace an analytical approach to sales management – reports and numbers help you understand your team’s performance and are committed to achieving targets. To be in full control of your tasks, you should be well acquainted with Salesforce.com, MS Office and have good English language skills.
