Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary tasks to develop sales;
- Expand the range of products;
- Plan and control production procedures of different varieties of food families (meals, snacks, cooked roasted products and etc.);
- Anticipate and forecast sales in order to prepare optimum quantities and minimize waste;
- Ensure accomplishment of hygiene & safety requirements and standards;
- Control and follow up on the orders and needed quantities;
- Check product quality and freshness upon deliveries;
- Provide staff with necessary information and guidelines about the item preparation;
- Ensure the best customer service in the section;
- Manage, lead, motivate and control the staff;
- Assign job responsibilities and tasks to the team.
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- Minimum 3 year of managerial experience Food Industry (preferably with Hyper/Supermarket or prominent restaurant or café);
- Knowledge of business and management principles;
- Knowledge of basic principles for maximizing the effective producing and distribution of goods;
- Strong analytical and managerial skills;
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities if required;
- High ability to solve complex problem in prompt and effective manner;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Georgian, knowledge of English language;
- Computer skills (MS Office programs).
