"Archi Group" – the real estate development company is announcing an opening for the position of HR Manager.
Duties:
- Working on improvement of employees qualifications will be most important task: trainings, courses, post graduated education, technical education, increasing self-motivations, etc.;
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
- Preparing staff handbooks;
- Advising remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
- Undertaking regular salary reviews;
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
- Interpreting and advising on employment law;
- Analyzing training needs together with departmental managers.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management position;
- Knowledge of English and Russian fluently is a must;
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite;
- Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills;
- The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels;
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements ;
- Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations;
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
- An interest in career development and training within the workplace.
