Main goals of the MFI are the development and enhancement of small and micro businesses in Georgia through micro lending. Credo announces vacancy for the position of Accountant, MIS Operator, Loan Administrator, Office Administrator and Service Administrator of Tsalenjikha Branch.

Loan Administrator’s main responsibilities:
- Fill Data Entry Form (DEF) on the basis of proved Committee recommendation Form and Credit Committee Log (when Loan Officer is out);
- Check potential client, client, client family members and guarantors data in various databases;
- Prepare Loan Contracts, Guarantor Letters, Guarantor Agreements and all necessary documents and arrange signature from client side;
- Disburse Loan;
- Other tasks and duties as determined by the immediate supervisor.
Branch Administrator’s Main Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and explain Credo loan conditions and eligibilities;
- Assisting in the day to day maintenance of the office and its facilities;
- Entering data into databases;
- Maintaining inventories of office equipment and office supplies, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed;
- Arranging logistical and organizational needs as specified by the Branch Manager;
- Sending and receiving faxes, letters, electronic mail and invoices/payments.
Strongly Required:
- Higher education
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- Experience in working with computer;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge and experience in working with computers (Windows, MS Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes);
- Administrative and Management skills

- Willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Service Administrator’s Major Responsibilities:
- Greet clients immediately as they enter Credo premises;
- Ask initial questions to the Clients and assist them in his/her area of responsibility;
- Guide and provide full attention to all existing and prospective Credo clients no matter their query;
- Keep order in the BO reception area during loan disbursements by directing clients to respective Loan Officers and ensuring clients are timely served based on queuing;
- Organize incoming and outgoing Clients to make sure that each Client in the reception area of the BO is aware of the next steps according to the Client need;
- Manage order in the Reception Area of the BO.
Additional responsibilities:
- Check potential client, client, client family members and guarantors data in various databases;
- Enter client applications into Credo database (as required under Credo procedures);
- Guide clients in using Quick Payment Machines;
- Replace Office Administrator if needed;
- Conduct daily activities in accordance with Credo Customer Service Standards;
- Respect and follow Credo dress code
