Boombully Hotel announces vacancy for the position of Reciptionist
Description: We are the boutique Hotel based in Tbilisi,on Rustaveli avenue.Currently looking for an addition to our team.It's a part -time job hence we do support our teams self development by providing friendly schedule.
What we are looking for in a Boombully team member :

• Excellent Customer Service Skills 
• fluently-spoken and written English & Russian languages
• Computer literacy in basic MS office programs 
• Fun and easy-going 
• Attentive to detail 
• Be organized and should able to multitask 

Duties

• Welcoming guests (checking in & out) 
• Managing and amending allocations on all of our website and third party booking systems 
• Controlling advance booking and reservations 
• Answering the phone and assisting the guests with any enquires they may have 
• Providing information about local travel directions 
• Receiving the payments for accommodation (cash and card) 
• Retaining cleanness and peace around the hotel 
• Dealing with any issues which may arise in the hotel during your shift 

Shift: 9:00 to 21:00 , 21:00 to 9:00
