1. Sales Agent.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

** Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field;
** Fluent English & Russian, any additional languages are considered as a plus;

Responsibilities:

** Process all group reservation changes, and cancellations received directly, on phone or via mail.
** Input group rooming lists using reservation systems, revise room blocks to maintain the required number of available rooms
** Oversee accuracy of room blocks and reservations
** Ensure contracts are followed and inventory is accurate. Keep organized files of all groups.
** Accommodate and document special requests.
** Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
** Ensure optimum sales on a both short/long term basis within the agreed market segments;
** Manage and develop existing accounts for the hotel and group;
** Be fully conversant with the Business Plan and overall financial/business mix objectives;
** Support Sales Manager and Sales Team with the coordination of all activities to maximize revenues;
** Maintain a minimum number of sales call per week on new and regular clients. Build up new contracts in agreed areas, and in other areas after consultation with the Sales Manager;
** Assist with the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies;
** Implement and execute sales strategies and account plans;
** Report back on local and other relevant conditions/competition;
** Submit regular reports on all sales activities and assist with the compilation of company room night statistics each month;
** Plan, organize, coordinate, promote and facilitate corporate events
** Make up standard contract for every upcoming event
** Ensure that all payments for events are dealt with within the guidelines

Additional responsibilities: 

** Attend Sales Department Meetings regularly;
** Assist in carrying out of the Guest Relations function;
** Know the hotel layout and the facilities available;
** Be fully conversant with fire, health and safety procedures;
** Carry out other reasonable duties or requests as directed by the Sales Manager; 

2. Receptionist

Location: Batumi

The candidate we are looking for should have good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented. 

Main responsibilities will be:

** Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt and trouble free service to in-house, arriving guests and hotel customers.
** Responds to customer request for information about the hotel and its surroundings
** Available to operate early, late and night shifts as well as week end work
** Handles and co-ordinates difficult situations effectively 
** Operate in line with the hotel`s guidelines and Wyndham Worldwide corporate guidelines and service Concepts. 
** Handles incoming guest room reservations

Personal requirements:

** Friendly personality with genuine smile;
** Strong communication skills;
** Good organizational skills;
** Highly motivated and enthusiastic;
** Good computer skills.
** Is able to operate the Switchboard, telefax, key equipment, credit card machines and printers and hotel alarm systems;
** Fully conversant with hotel`s credit policy;
** Fluent English and Russian both spoken and written is essential. 

The position reports to the Hotel Front Office Manager.
