Position Title:Loan Officer

We are looking for highly hardworking, development oriented young people with Economical, Financial and/or related education, who are willing to work in fast growing and stable organization. Successful Interns are given opportunity of employment in Credo.
Applicants with experience in similar field will be automatically considered for experienced Loan Officer Position.
- During probation period candidate will have fixed salary.
- During regular employment candidate will have fixed salary plus bonus.
To applicants with 1 year non-stop work experience we offer the following conditions:
- Internship period from 1 to 3 months;
- Compensation in amount of 375 Gel Gross from the very beginning of Internship;
- Compensation in amount of 450 Gel Gross during probation period;
- Compensation in amount of 540 Gel + monthly bonus after 6 month of employment;
- Fulltime position.
To candidates who have no work experience we offer:
- Internship period during 4 months
- Compensation during internship period 100 Gel Net;
- In case of successful completion of internship candidate moves to regular employment;
- Fulltime position.
Purpose of Position:
- Loan Officer is responsible to Attract Clients,
- Analyze Loan Applications and evaluate Client’s business;
- Preparing client’s recommendation form to Credit Committee;
- Loan Disbursements after final approval of Credit Committee;
- Delinquency Management;
- Provide assistance to BM upon need.
Strongly Required
- A university degree, preferably in finance and/or economics;
- Any previous work experience is considered as benefit;
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications;
- A driver license and own car is preferable.
