Qualification and requirements:
- Higher education in Medicine;
- Work experience in an insurance company or as an operator;
- Fluency in Russian languages;
- Knowledge of English language is a plus;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet);
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Experience in dealing with a high volume of incoming calls;
- Good analytical skills;
- Sociable and self-organized; critical and creative thinking.
Competitive salary depends on candidate's previous experience.
