LTD “Diplomat Georgia”   an exclusive distributor of P&G and Nestle Products in Georgia is announcing a vacancy of  Budgeting and Financial Analysis Manager.

Diplomat Georgia is a daughter company of Diplomat Israel, a company which was founded in 1968 and since that time successfully distributes on Israeli market.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To plan, prepare, establish and monitor the annual budget and work plan of the department;
• Implement and Implement and support budget discipline in the company;
• To ensure the efficient financial resource utilization;
• To support the departments in estimating the profitability of any new project within the company.
• To analyze monthly expenses of the company and ensure they are within the budgeted amounts;
• To analyze any deviations from the budgeted figures and figure out the reason of overspending behavior;
• To analyze trend affecting budget needs and make proper recommendations to the departments;
• To analyze P&L statement and propose some recommendations seeking new ways for improving efficiency and increase profits;
• Improve continuously budgeting and financial forecasting tools;
• To deeply understand Company processes,  goals and objectives and translate them to real budgeting solutions.
• Support management  with all necessary financial  analysis and reports helping to achieve the company's mission and objectives
• To manage and provide leadership to Budget and analysis personnel through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication;

Candidate Profile and Interpersonal Skills:

• Higher education in Finance;
• Computer proficiency: advanced user of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of English Language is required;
• Extensive experience with budgeting and analyses preferably in distribution companies and/or wholesalers.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and methodologies;
• Strong leadership capabilities;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to define priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding processes of various department of the company;
• High level of self-motivated, responsibility and commitment;
• Excellent interpersonal communication

Salary offer will be based on candidate qualification and experience
