"Archi Group” the development company is announcing an opening for the position of an Architect.
Duties:
- Preparing interior and exterior design;
- Planning projects, selecting materials, budgeting;
- Planning and working drawing preparation ;
- Monitoring and control of the current construction works (completed works verification, making appropriate changes if necessary);
- Other relevant tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in technical education (qualification of engineer – architect or architect - designer);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Knowledge of architectural and graphic programs (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Corel, Photoshop);
- At least one year work experience;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must;
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
