LLC “Microfinance Organization Credo” is a Micro Finance Organization successfully operating in 11 regions of Georgia. Main goals of the MFI are the development and enhancement of small and micro businesses in Georgia through micro lending. Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare for recruitment testing;
- Execute Recruitment Testing in assigned Region;
- Schedule Recruitment Interview;
- Inform and invite selected applicant and reserved candidates to designated Credo office;
- Maintain and constantly update Internal/External Reserve Databases;
- Administer External Incoming mails;
- Ensure HR related records confidentiality.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree;
- Organized, detail oriented, good planner;
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to efficiently and effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel; PowerPoint);
- Ability to travel locally.
