We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the asset between our company and its potential customers. The successful candidates must be able to effectively solve customer objections, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

** Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
** Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
** Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions 
** Frequently attend educational seminars and trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
** Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target.

Requirements:

** Previous experience is not necessary
** Over-achieving company`s and personal targets
** Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
** Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
** Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
